Simon Tutt, President
Simon Tutt, who holds over 20 years of experience in consulting services management in both national and international capacities, was recently appointed as President of DP Solutions.
With the goal of establishing DP Solutions as an innovative leader in the technology integration services industry, Simon is responsible for creating the strategic vision for DP Solutions, which includes leading the company toward a more vertically focused business approach. He has already successfully advanced DP Solutions through the positioning of its core business competencies, which include first-class Internet services, state-of-the-art networking solutions, superior application development offerings and a complete suite of hardware services.
Simon intends to implement a fresh new approach to DP Solutions’ business methodology, with a particular emphasis on the four pillars of business success: (1) Ensuring a challenging, learning and enjoyable work environment for staff; (2) Absolute focus on customer needs and satisfaction; (3) Total commitment to improving the quality of products and services; (4) Constant innovation by leveraging new technology to solve Customer challenges better, faster and more economically.
Prior to his role as President, Simon headed the tactical functions of DP Solutions for over a decade as VP of Operations. In this capacity, his duties included the management of day-to-day resources, finances and the delivery of schedules for all customer projects. His responsibilities also extended to business development, customer satisfaction, business process infrastructure improvements and overseeing the building of a team of highly skilled technicians, business analysts, developers and engineers. During his term as VP of Operations, Simon was instrumental in doubling revenues at DP Solutions within a four year period.
Before joining DP Solutions, Simon was the Operations Manager at Computer Aid from 1993 – 1996 where he managed the Programming and Network Groups, overseeing the implementation of customer projects. In 1996, when Computer Aid was acquired by DP Solutions, Simon played a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth and seamless transition for customers and employees.
Prior to Computer Aid, Simon worked for Thorn EMI where he successfully performed roles ranging from Wide Area Network (WAN) Communications development, through to Corporate Information Systems Management, resolving the technical infrastructure challenges faced by multiple national and international business units.
Simon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and continues to weave his ‘go the extra mile’ attitude into the fabric of the mission and goals of DP Solutions.

Jay LaPointe, Vice President Sales & Marketing
Vice President of Sales and Marketing at DP Solutions, Jay LaPointe is responsible for growing and managing the sales and marketing department and expanding DP Solutions' presence as a market-leader in the technology integration arena.
Jay has over 20 years of experience leading successful sales, marketing, operations and product development teams in domestic and global markets from start-ups to Fortune 100 organizations.
Before joining DP Solutions, Jay was Vice President of Sales for TelTel, a leader in the VoIP industry, where he was responsible for developing and implementing the company's global business development strategy. Prior to TelTel, he was Vice President of Sales at MegaPath Networks, a top provider of managed broadband services. Here, Jay built a successful sales team focused on large multi-location customers. Prior to MegaPath, he was VP of Sales & Marketing for Adesta, a leading provider of telecommunications networks and security systems. In addition to his sales and marketing roles, he led the company's five year strategic planning committee.
Jay received a Master's Degree in International Business from George Washington University and Bachelor's Degrees in both Finance and Management from James Madison University.

Charles “Mac” McElwee, Director of Healthcare Services
Mac McElwee has over 14 years of experience in the area of enterprise application development, enterprise level project management, strategic product development, and the alignment of technology products and services within business verticals.
As Director of Healthcare Services at DP Solutions, Mac is responsible for managing the programming services operation team that develops various software modules, products, and custom applications for the healthcare industry. His responsibilities include the ongoing development and refinement of technology tools for use in the healthcare claims processing area, interfacing with sales and marketing to engage in opportunities, providing technical expertise regarding product demonstrations, and helping keep the sales and marketing focus aligned with the industry technological requirements.
In this role, Mac has been a key player in establishing relationships with strategic partners such as Foresight Corporation and TIMA, and is responsible for the creation of the technological vision and its integration with DP Solutions’ partners.
As the Manager of the Client Server Department, Mac was responsible for managing a team of enterprise application developers that created applications for Healthcare, Insurance, Manufacturing, and Distribution. Applications have been in the areas of traditional client server applications, web-based enterprise level eBusiness solutions, and applications that have spanned multiple platforms and technologies.
Prior to his current position, Mac was Senior Level Programmer at DP Solutions, where he developed project plans, created software architecture designs, wrote functional specification documentation, and directly interacted with clients as the technical lead and project manager. Mac also acted as manager of the enterprise application development team, which included other senior level, intermediate, and junior level programmers.
Prior to joining DP Solutions, Mac was a Senior Level Programmer at Computer AID, where he was responsible for developing software applications from business specification documents. Mac was instrumental in working with the customer to assist in the development and preparation of the project specification documentation, such as data dictionaries, business requirements, functional specifications, formal test plans, and integration plans.
Mac is active in various professional healthcare technology organizations such as WEDI and CAQH. In addition, Mac is a board member for Horizons Foundation, a local county non-profit organization dedicated to improving community health and wellness Here he serves as a technology representative promoting the implementation of technology to improve the quality of life for Howard County residents.

Keith Spraker, Director of Network Services
Keith has 18 years of experience in Business Systems Administration and Management, an unrivaled understanding of technology, a diverse and disciplined background in leadership, and a willingness to continually expand responsibilities within a technical or managerial position.
In his current position as Director of Network Services, Keith is responsible for the day-to-day operations in DP Solutions’ Networking Department. His primary responsibilities are to ensure customer satisfaction, retention and growth, mentor and manage departmental employees, and serve as the primary liaison between departments.
Prior to joining DP Solutions, Keith rose up through the ranks from Administrator to Support Group Director with Home Paramount Pest Control – a Mid-Atlantic regional pest control provider with offices from Pennsylvania to Georgia. There, Keith managed not only the IT infrastructure, but also facilities, offices, and forms.
Keith holds both industry standard certifications, as well as vendor specific certifications for various platforms. He also serves his community and this country by volunteering with the Civil Air Patrol in his spare time.
