Inside Sales Representative
DP Solutions is currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to sell technology products and services to clients and prospects. Through consultative selling, the Inside Sales Representative will maintain and grow existing client relationships through solid customer service, understanding customer needs, developing and presenting solutions through effective presentation and closing skills. Additionally, the Inside Sales Representative, working with the sales team, will identify and qualify prospective customers, build solid relationships with each prospect and assist in advancing them through the sales cycle.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Submitting proposals for client work and following up to close the sale.
- Grow and maintain existing client base quota
- Build and manage sales pipeline
- Building relationships with potential customers to create sales opportunities to extend existing client base
Candidates must be able to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and stay connected to new, innovative products. Candidates will possess:
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the sales process, preferably in the IT industry or related field.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Commitment to quality service.
