Contract Maintenance - Our most comprehensive plan provides for unlimited repair calls, regularly scheduled preventive maintenance, and same-day or next-day service. This plan is perfect for keeping costs within a budget. You will know exactly how much you'll pay without any unexpected costs.

Contracted Time and Material Service - If priority response time is essential, but you don't want to commit to a Service Contract, then Contracted Time and Material Service is the plan for you. This service guarantees a priority response time, but allows you to pay as you go. You purchase only the amount of hours you think you will need over the next year, and we deduct any time spent providing service from that amount.

Time and Material Service - An alternative to contracted service is Time and Material Service. With this service you pay only an hourly rate for every service call made to your facility. This service does not provide for a guaranteed response time, but it is usually within 24 hours. You will find our rates are the most competitive in the area.
