Melissa Bryant Named to BBJ’s PowerShift 2026 List of New Business Leaders
DP Solutions is proud to announce that President Melissa Bryant has been recognized by the Baltimore Business Journal (BBJ) in its PowerShift 2026 feature.
By October 31, 2026, CMMC certification will be mandatory for all new DoD contract awards; meaning organizations without the required level of certification will no longer be eligible to bid or win contracts. If your organization handles FCI or CUI, now is the time to confirm your required CMMC level and begin assessments to avoid delays or lost opportunities.
AI continues to weave itself into the way we work and communicate every day, which makes it more important than ever to ensure employees use it safely and intentionally.
One growing concern is Shadow AI, when employees turn to unapproved tools to try to work faster or solve problems creatively. The intentions are good, but without proper oversight, even pasting a small piece of sensitive information into an external tool can create real data and compliance risks. Strong AI governance is ultimately about guidance. When people have secure, approved tools and understand the guardrails, AI can become an asset rather than a liability.
With the right structure, we can embrace AI’s benefits while keeping our people and data protected.
