X hit by 'massive cyberattack' amid Dark Storm's DDoS claims

DDoS attacks claiming to come from hactivist group, Dark Storm, caused multiple worldwide outages on X (formerly Twitter). X has since enabled Cloudflare, a DDoS-protection service, that blocks potential attacks and prompts the user with a captcha to verify they are not a bot.
