As a Service Desk Engineer, Aukeem responds to service desk calls, troubleshoots and configures devices, manages various portals and environments, and provisions users and devices.
Aukeem has been working in the IT industry for about 10 years. He started at DP Solutions in February 2022 and appreciates the collaboration and teamwork around the office. Before coming to DPS, Aukeem worked for a smaller MSP firm.
Aukeem is a Maryland native who grew up in Queen Anne’s County and currently lives in Talbot County. Outside of work, he likes biking, sports, swimming, beaches, amusement parks, and gaming.
