MICHAEL A. KEAR
Vice President of Sales & Marketing
As the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Michael is responsible for growing and managing the sales and marketing operations of the company. He directs the sales and marketing initiatives at DP Solutions to help grow the organization and better position the company as an industry leader.
Michael is a business development professional with over 20 years of hands-on experience in the Managed IT Services field having previously created and led firms that specialized in delivering computer and network support services to SMB customers throughout the region.
Michael has extensive experience facilitating best-practices network administration and the delivery of IT products, services and solutions to SMB customers. He excels at sales, leadership, business management, project management and building superior client relationships.
Prior to DP Solutions, Michael was the Director of Sales & Business Development at Corsica Technologies.
Michael has received several accolades throughout his career including being named to SmartCEO Magazine’s “Smart100 List” of the Top CEOs and was previously profiled as one of the areas “10 Tech CEO’s You Should Know”. Kear’s former company was named “Best Places to Work” and appeared in the Baltimore Business Journal’s Book of Lists as one of the area’s “Largest System Integrators”. Kear is a former member of Vistage International and has been active in the Baltimore and Washington business community for over 20 years.
