As Service Delivery Manager at DP Solutions, Jordan Davis leads the Service Desk team, overseeing Tier 1 and Tier 2 technicians and engineers to ensure clients receive responsive, reliable support. He manages day-to-day service operations, mentors team members through regular coaching and career development, and works closely with clients to address service-related concerns and maintain strong relationships. Jordan also develops standard operating procedures, enhances documentation, and provides ongoing training to help his team continuously improve and deliver exceptional service.
Jordan joined DP Solutions in 2024 as a Provisioning & Deployment Engineer, where he played a key role in onboarding new clients and implementing technical solutions. His strong technical foundation and leadership abilities quickly led him into service delivery management. Prior to joining DP Solutions, Jordan served as a Senior IT Analyst for a property management firm and spent more than a decade in engineering and information systems roles, giving him a well-rounded perspective on technology, operations, and customer service.

Jordan studied Information Systems at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County and earned an Associate of Arts in Information Technology from Howard Community College.
Outside the office, Jordan enjoys hiking, boating, playing video games, discovering new restaurants, and catching up on his favorite TV shows. He is also a certified scuba diver.
