The Service Technician provides hands-on technical support for customers, ensuring smooth operation of workstations, servers, networks, and vendor-specific systems. This role emphasizes troubleshooting, user empowerment, and maintaining high service standards through proactive communication and documentation.
As a Night Shift Support Engineer at DP Solutions, you will provide tier 2 technical support during the night shift, resolving complex IT issues and enhancing system reliability. Your role will involve bridging the gap between service technicians and higher-level technical teams, ensuring seamless and efficient technical operations. The night shift hours are 1:30 - 10:00 PM.
The Technical Engineer delivers proactive IT services to managed clients by applying best practices that reduce support needs and improve customer satisfaction. This role combines deep technical expertise with strong communication and mentoring skills to ensure reliable systems, efficient issue resolution, and alignment with client business goals.
The Network Infrastructure Engineer at DP Solutions is responsible for evaluating client needs and executing network-related tasks for office moves, expansions, and significant system implementations. This role involves engaging with clients and vendors to ensure detailed project planning and the successful deployment of solutions like SIP/VOIP phone systems, firewall and switch installations, and wireless networks.
The Security Specialist leads technical efforts to reduce cyber threats for clients through strategic project planning, threat research, and training. This role also serves as a Tier 3 escalation point for complex service requests, ensuring customer satisfaction through expert remediation and adherence to best practices.
